Hey again,
I was going to ask for money (enough for a cup of coffee!!) for the second book in this series but decided to make it free as well.
Therefore, I have updated the document with a pretty picture on the cover and parts 1 & 2 combined. I have also fixed up a few formatting errors, such as parragraphs too close.
